Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment centres pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our "Track My Order" page to find the real-time update for the status of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates when using the "Track My Order" page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com. We will do all we can to investigate and get back to with an update as soon as possible.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We strive to get your orders delivered to you as quickly as possible and our current delivery guidelines are as follows:
JEWELRY PRODUCTS. Whilst all our Necklaces, Bracelets, Dog Tags and Charms are made in the USA, they are unique made-to-order made items and are only created once we have received your order. So we need to allow about 5 days to prepare your order from scratch and get it ready for despatch from the Production Centre in New Jersey. So please allow 5 to 8 days for U.S. deliveries - International shipments will take a little bit longer and if you sending a Jewelry order to an address outside of the U.S. you will need to factor in an additional 7 to 10 days.
LUXURY HOODED BLANKETS, CUSTOM STYLE WATCHES AND WATCH BANDS, WALLETS AND WALLET PHONE CASES. Please allow 2- 4 weeks for your order to arrive – this applies to both U.S and International deliveries. We create these items on receipt of your order and source them from all over the world to bring you the best quality offers at the lowest prices. This sometimes means that you will have to wait a little longer to get your order - but it's always worth it!
PRINTED CUPS and MUGS. All these items have similar delivery times to our Jewelry items – please allow 7 to 10 days for U.S. deliveries and an additional 5 to 7 days for International deliveries. We source the bulk of these products from a variety of U.S. manufactures and, again, we need to create your order from scratch. As soon as it is received, we aim to get it prepared, printed, quality checked and out the door within 5 days
ORDER TRACKING. We will let you know as soon as your order is dispatched and don’t forget that you can always Track Your Order on our website using the “Track My Order” page.
